Specifically, Knot helps users set their Bilt Card as the card on file at various merchants. This seamless integration makes it easier for cardholders to switch their card on file after getting the Bilt Card and for Bilt it accelerates first-time usage and drives higher transaction volume.</p>
<p>Bilt integrated Knot’s CardSwitcher through strategic entry points in their app, making it a prominent call-to-action for cardholders. The app features intuitive UI elements that guide users to update their card across key spending categories like food delivery and rideshare services.</p>

<p>With Knot front and center, Bilt cardholders gained the ability to add their Bilt Mastercard to their frequently used merchants in seconds, streamlining a process that would otherwise have taken hours and required context switching between multiple devices.</p>

<p>More than 44% of users who begin a session with Knot successfully complete at least one merchant switch, leading to a monthly spend increase of 20%+ versus customers who don’t use Knot.</p>
